Terms of Service

Effective date: June 2, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Aide (the “app”, “service”). By using Aide, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use Aide.

2. The service

Aide is a personal AI assistant that helps you with briefings, communications, calendar, tasks, contacts, and related productivity features. Aide proposes actions and drafts content; it does not take consequential actions (such as sending messages, creating events, or making changes to your accounts) without your explicit confirmation.

AI limitations. Aide’s responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are provided for assistance only and are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything Aide drafts before you act on or send it.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with the terms of any third-party accounts you connect (such as Google).

4. Subscriptions, trials & billing

Aide Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual), with an optional free trial.
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. We do not receive your payment details.
If you start a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand, per the store’s rules (generally at least 24 hours before the trial ends).
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device’s subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
Refunds are handled by the app stores under their respective policies.
Prices and plans may change; we’ll give notice as required, and changes won’t affect the period you’ve already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Aide, including: using it for unlawful purposes; attempting to breach security or access others’ data; reverse-engineering or disrupting the service; or using it to generate or distribute harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

6. Your content & connected accounts

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and provide the service (including sending relevant context to our AI provider to generate responses). Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. If you connect Google, your use of that data is also subject to Google’s terms.

7. Third-party services

Aide relies on third parties including Anthropic (AI), Supabase (backend), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and Google/Apple. We are not responsible for those services’ availability or actions, and your use of connected services is governed by their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Aide at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. You can request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
